The School
Boards Collective Bargaining Act (Bill 122) was introduced by the
Ontario Government on October 22, 2013. The Bill proposes a framework
for two-tiered bargaining for collective agreements between school
boards and the education unions.
OSSTF/FEESO will closely monitor the progress of this Bill through the legislative process and advocate for the interests of all members. Information will be passed on to members through local leaders and on this web page as it becomes available. |
